All Women Count

South Dakota Urban Indian Health is a participating member of the All Women Count network of providers.  This program is a federally funded program through South Dakota State Department of Health.  It provides services for women 30-64 without insurance, or women who have insurance but are unable to pay there deductible or co-payment. 

Eligibility

Women who meet the income guidelines below are eligible for a cervical exam (pap) if they are 30-64 and a mammogram exam if they are 40-64 years of age.

Covered Services

Breast and Cervical Screening

  • Office Visit
  • Clinical Breast Exam
  • Mammogram Screening (Ages 40-64)
  • Mammogram Diagnostic (Ages 30-39 with pre-authorization)
  • Cervical Exam (pap and re-pap if needed)
  • Breast Ultrasound
  • Pelvic Exam

Diagnostic Services

  • Colposcopy
  • LEEP
  • CONE
  • Breast Biopsy and related costs

Heart Disease Screening Services:

  • Blood Pressure Check
  • Cholesterol Check
  • Blood Glucose (or hemoglobin A1C if previously diagnosed with diabetes)
  • Three nutritional and physcial activity teaching sessions (first year enrollees)
  • Support to quit tobacco product use.
