Diabetes Information For Patients

How do I check if I have Diabetes?

Control your DiabetesCall us today and we can set you up for a screening. The screening is a quick test in which we take a blood sample from your finger. The results are available within 10minutes.

You may be at risk for Diabetes if:

  • You are overweight
  • Have a family member with diabetes
  • Are Native American
  • Are over age 35
  • Are Inactive
Please make an appointment to come in and get screened, if you have any of the above factors.

What are signs of Diabetes?

  • Urinating more often
  • Increased Thirst
  • Dry Mouth
  • Tired or weak
  • Blurred vision
  • Weight loss
  • Sore that do not heal


Blood Sugar Goals   Target Range

 Fasting Blood Sugar

 80-120 mg/dL

 Blood Sugar 2 hours after a meal

 80-140 mg/dL

 Bedtime Blood Sugar

 100-140 mg/dL
